ফাইবার অপটিক সংযোগের আওতায় আসছে সব শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠানতথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তির (আইসিটি) সর্বোচ্চ ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করে সব শ্রেণী-পেশার  মানুষের জীবনমানে ইতিবাচক পরিবর্তনের মাধ্যমে জ্ঞানভিত্তিক ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ গড়ে তোলার জন্য বর্তমান সরকার কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশ বাস্তবায়নে দেশের জনগণকে বিশেষ করে তরুণ প্রজন্মকে তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি বিষয়ে দক্ষ হিসেবে গড়ে তুলতে পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে।তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগ সূত্রে এসব তথ্য জানা গেছে।বর্তমান সরকারের নেতৃত্বে তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগের এগিয়ে যাওয়ার তিন বছর পূর্তি উপলক্ষে সম্প্রতি সংবাদ সম্মেলনে তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি প্রতিমন্ত্রী জুনাইদ আহমেদ পলক বিগত তিন বছরে তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগের কার্যক্রম এবং আগামী দিনের কর্মপরিকল্পনাও উপস্থাপন করেছেন।

তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগের জনসংযোগ কর্মকর্তা মো. আবু নাছের জানিয়েছেন, ডিজিটাল বাংলাদেশের পরিপূর্ণ সুফল জনগণের দোরগোড়ায় পৌঁছে দেয়ার পাশাপাশি আমাদের মেধাবী তরুণ-তরুণীদের জন্য প্রযুক্তিনির্ভর আধুনিক কর্মসংস্থান সৃষ্টি এবং দেশি-বিদেশি উদ্যোক্তাদের জন্য তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি খাতে বিনিয়োগযোগ্য বিশ্বমানের পরিবেশ সৃষ্টির লক্ষ্যে কাজ চলছে।
 
প্রান্তিক পর্যায়ে পর্যাপ্ত কানেক্টিভিটি পৌঁছে দিতে কী কী উদ্যোগ নেয়া হয়েছে এ বিষয়ে তথ্য ও যোগাযোগ প্রযুক্তি বিভাগ সূত্র জানায়, প্রান্তিক পর্যায়ে পর্যাপ্ত কানেক্টিভিটি পৌঁছে দেয়া এবং সরকারের বিভিন্ন মন্ত্রণালয়-বিভাগ, সংস্থা ও দফতরের সেবাকে একটি সমন্বিত প্লাটফর্মে নিয়ে আসতে এস্টাবলিশিং ডিজিটাল কানেক্টিভিটি শীর্ষক প্রকল্প বাস্তবায়ন করা হবে। এ প্রকল্পের মূল উপাদানসমূহ:
দেশের সব শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান,স্বাস্থ্যকেন্দ্র, পোস্ট অফিস, কৃষি ও অন্যান্য সরকারি দফতর/প্রতিষ্ঠানকে ফাইবার অপটিক ক্যাবল সংযোগের আওতায় আনা।
১০ হাজার পয়েন্ট অফ প্রেজেন্স (আর্থিক লেনদেন কেন্দ্র) ও ব্যবসা প্রসার (গ্রোথ সেন্টার) কেন্দ্রসমূহ সম্প্রসারণ।
৪ হাজার প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়, ১০ হাজার মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান এবং ১ হাজার কলেজে (স্নাতক) শেখ রাসেল ডিজিটাল ল্যাব স্থাপন।
বাংলাদেশ টেলিযোগাযোগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ কমিশন রেগুলেটর ল্যাব স্থাপন।
গবেষণা ও উন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে ঢাকা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের সাংবাদিকতা ও গণযোগাযোগ বিভাগে একটি আধুনিক মাল্টিমিডিয়া ল্যাব স্থাপন।
সাইবার সিকিউরিটি প্রশিক্ষণের লক্ষ্যে বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়সমূহে সাইবার সিকিউরিটি ল্যাব স্থাপন।
হার্ডওয়্যার শিল্পের বিকাশে নির্বাচিত প্রতিষ্ঠানে ভিএলএসআই ল্যাব স্থাপন।
সব সরকারি দফতরে ই-সার্ভিস বাস্তবায়নের ক্ষেত্রে প্রস্তুতির লক্ষ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় কম্পিউটার ও যন্ত্রাংশ সরবরাহ এবং ডিজিটাল কনটেন্ট ডেলিভারি, তথ্য সংরক্ষণ, সাইবার নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতকরণ, যন্ত্রপাতি ও নেটওয়ার্ক ব্যবস্থাপনা ইত্যাদির জন্য সুইচরুম সংস্কার ও সক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি।
জেলা প্রশাসকের কার্যালয় ও উপজেলা নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তার কার্যালয়ে কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ ল্যাব স্থাপন।

একটি প্লাটফর্মসহ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে প্রস্তুত করার মাধ্যমে সব বাণিজ্যিক ও আর্থিক সেবা সহজলভ্য করতে ব্যবসা প্রসার কেন্দ্রে ডিজিটাল মানি পে পয়েন্ট স্থাপন।
জনগণকে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে জরুরি সেবা প্রদানের লক্ষ্যে ইমার্জেন্সি সার্ভিস (৯৯৯) স্থাপন।
রাজধানীতে সেবামূল্যে ইন্টারনেট সেবা প্রাপ্তির সুযোগ সৃষ্টি কেরতে দেশব্যাপী পয়েন্ট অব ইন্টারকানেক্ট স্থাপন
নাগরিক সেবা প্রদানে বিশ্বাসযোগ্যতা যাচাইকরণ ও সব শিক্ষার্থীর রেজিস্ট্রেশনের জন্য বায়োমেট্রিক ডিভাইস সরবরাহ।
তরুণ প্রজন্মের জন্য বিভিন্ন পার্ক/হাটবাজার ইত্যাদি স্থানে ১ হাজার ওয়াই-ফাই জোন স্থাপন।
১২টি আইটি পার্ক ও ৬৪টি শিল্পকলা একাডেমিতে ডিজিটাল লাইব্রেরি ও মাল্টিমিডিয়া স্টোর স্থাপন।
জাতীয় সংসদ ও পররাষ্ট্র মন্ত্রণালয়ে ডিজিটালাইজেশন এবং ই-পার্লামেন্ট স্থাপন।
ইন্টারনেটের নিরাপদ ব্যবহার এবং সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে জ্ঞান অর্জনের লক্ষ্যে ইন্টারনেট সাসটেইনেবিলিটি সেন্টার স্থাপন।
ষষ্ঠ হতে দ্বাদশ শ্রেণী পর্যন্ত ইন্টারঅ্যাকটিভ ডিজিটাল কনটেন্ট উন্নয়ন।

Nokia 8 Is Finally Here With 6GB RAM_128GB ROM 2017

Nokia fans buckle in as you may be about to see the dream mobile phone you’ve been waiting for.
A concept video made using a range of leaked images looks to build on the rumoured existence of a high-end Nokia 8 smartphone, a device that was quashed by chip manufacturer Qualcomm as recently as last month.

 Nokia 8 smartphone expected to comes with a 5.7 inch Quad HD (1440×2560 pixels) Super AMOLED display. Also expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 or Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor. The device expected to comes with two variants — 64GB variant and 128GB variant, which can be expanded up to 128GB using via microSD card. The Nokia 8 also expected on the photography a 24-megapixel rear camera and a 12-megapixel selfie snapper.
 
 The video shows a smartphone that is of a boxed style and features what looks like a USB Type-C connector on its foot. On the back of the device is a large rounded camera that is presumably the 22.3-megapixel Carl Zeiss lens mentioned before and alongside it sits a heart rate monitor.

 The screen size in the video marries up with the 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display mentioned in recent leaks, and is in addition to a litany of other specs that have been churning around the Nokia 8 rumour mill. The perceived wisdom is that there will be two different versions of the device; one powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chip, and the other running on a Snapdragon 821 – and they will supposedly have 6GB or 4GB of RAM respectively.

ফেইসবুক ভিডিও এবার টিভিতে

সামাজিক যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে প্রচার হওয়া ভিডিও দেখার অনুভূতিকে আরও কিছুটা উপভোগ্য করতে টিভিতে ভিডিও স্ট্রিম করার ফিচার এনেছে ফেইসবুক। অ্যাপল টিভি অথবা গুগল ক্রোমকাস্টের মতো টিভি টিউনার ডিভাইসগুলোর মাধ্যমে সংযুক্ত হয়ে টিভিতে ভিডিও স্ট্রিম করার অপশন চালু করেছে ফেইসবুক, জানিয়েছে ফিনান্সিয়াল এক্সপ্রেস।

ফেইসবুকে প্রচার হওয়া ভিডিওতে একটি টিভি বাটন দেখানো হয়েছে। ওই বাটনে চাপলে নির্দিষ্ট টিভি বেছে নেওয়া যাবে। আর সেখানে সংযুক্ত করে ফেইসবুকের ভিডিও দেখা যাবে বড় পর্দার টিভিতে।

গ্যালাক্সি নোট ৭-এর জীবনাবসান

স্মার্টফোনের দুনিয়ায় ভিন্ন কিছু দেব স্যামসাং গ্যালাক্সি নোট ৭। এর আইরিশ স্ক্যানার এবং অত্যাধুনিক স্টাইলাস নিয়ে মাতামাতি বেশি। কিন্তু মূল আকর্ষণটা অন্যখানে। এতে এইচডিআর প্রযুক্তি যোগ হয়েছে।

অন্যান্য উচ্চমানের হাই-ডেফিনিশন এবং ৪কে ভিডিওর চেয়ে এর হাই ডায়নামিক রেঞ্জ ভিডিও অনেক বেশি ভালো। হাতে গোনা কয়েকটি টিভি এবং প্রোজেক্টরে এইচডিআর যোগ হয়েছে।

হাই ডায়নামিক রেঞ্জ বা এইচডিআর হলো আধুনিক টেলিভিশনের সর্বসাম্প্রতিক প্রযুক্তি। এটা ফোনের ক্যামেরায় থাকা এইচডিআর মোড থেকে ভিন্ন। যেমন- আইফোন বা অন্যান্য ফোনের ক্যামেরার মতো গ্যালাক্সি নোট ৭-এর ক্যামেরাতেও এইচডিআর মোড রয়েছে। কিন্তু পর্দায় এইচডিআর প্রযুক্তি সোজা কথা নয়।

টেলিভিশনে এইচডিআর থাকার অর্থ এর কন্ট্রাস্ট রেশিও এবং ব্রাইটনেস অন্যান্য টেলিশিনের চেয়ে অনেক উন্নতমানের। এসব টিভিতে যেকোনো সিনেমা বা অনুষ্ঠান দেখার মজাই আলাদা। নেটফ্লিক্স, আমাজন এবং ভুডু আজকাল এইচডিআর অফার করে। এসব টিভিতে ছবির যে মান আসে তা অন্য টিভিতে সম্ভব নয়।

নেটফ্লিক্স, আমাজন এবং অন্যান্য সেবা থেকেই ফোনের স্ক্রিনে এইচডিআর এসেছে। ল্যাপটপে বিল্ট-ইন ৪কে ব্লু-রে প্লেয়ারের মাধ্যমে এইচডিআর যোগ করা যেতে পারে। কিন্তু স্মার্টফোনের মতো ছোট স্ক্রিনে এ প্রযুক্তি বেশ অবাক করে দেয়। অর্থাৎ, ফোনে ছবি বা ভিডিও ঠিক এইচডিআর টেলিভিশনের মতোই দেখা যাবে। নিঃসন্দেহে তা ভালো বিষয়। কারণ আর যাই হোক, ফোনের স্ক্রিনটাই মানুষের কাছে মূল আকর্ষণ।

যদিও এত ছোট পর্দায় এইচডিআর প্রযুক্তি নিয়ে খুব বেশি গবেষণা হয়নি। তবে ওলেড-ভিত্তিক এইচডিআর বেশ উপভোগ্য। নোট ৭-এ ওলেড স্ক্রিন দেওয়া হয়েছে। ল্যাপটপেও ওলেড পর্দা দেওয়া হয়। কিন্তু এদের কোনোটাতেই এইচডিআর দেওয়া নেই। অধিকাংশ ল্যাপটপ এবং স্মার্টফোন এলসিডি পর্দায় তৈরি। এইচডিআর-এর সঙ্গে মানানসই হতে এলসিডি টিভির চেয়ে ওলেড টিভিগুলোই বেশি গ্রহণযোগ্যতা পায়।

আসলে এইচডিআর পর্দাগুলোর মধ্যেও পার্থক্য রয়েছে। সি নেটের টিভি বিশেষজ্ঞ ডেভিড কাৎজমার নোট ৭-এ চোখ দিয়েছেন। এর এইচডিআর মোড মূলত ভিডিও প্রসেসিং অপশন। এই মোড ব্যবহার করা হলে ভিডিওর মান কিছুটা বদলে যায়। ছায়াগুলো আরেকটু গাঢ় হয়। যদি গামা কিছুটা কমানো হয় তবে তা সত্যিকার এইচডিআর টিভি'র মতো কিছু দেখায় না। তবে বেশ সন্তুষ্ট হয়েছে বিশেষজ্ঞ গ্যালাক্সি নোট ৭-এর এ প্রযুক্তিতে।

তবে মনে রাখতে হবে, এইচডিআর শুনলেই উত্তেজিত হলে চলবে না। যারা উত্তেজিত হয়ে এইচডিআর প্রযুক্তির যন্ত্র কিনেছেন তাদের অনেকেই হতাশ। তারা এর মর্ম কিছুই বোঝেননি। কারণ আসল এইচডিআর তারা দেখেননি।

তাই এইচডিআর প্রযুক্তি ল্যাপটপ বা টিভি বা স্মার্টফোন মানেই যে আসল এইচডিআর পাচ্ছেন তা নিশ্চিত নয়। তবে স্যামসাংয়ের গ্যালাক্সি নোট ৭-এর এইচডিআর মন্দ নয়। হাজার হলেও স্যামসাং বলে কথা।

 কয়েকটি সংবাদমাধ্যমের প্রতিবেদনের বরাত দিয়ে মার্কিন সংবাদমাধ্যম সিএনবিসি জানিয়েছে, এটি হচ্ছে গুগলের ক্রোম অপারেটিং সিস্টেমচালিত একটি ল্যাপটপ যার সঙ্গে জুড়ে দেওয়া হবে স্টাইলাস। সামনের সপ্তাহের মধ্যেই এই ল্যাপটপ বাজারে আনা হতে পারে। 

এর আগে স্যামসাং ক্রোমবুক-কে 'কেভিন' নাম দেওয়া হয়েছিল। এতে সম্ভাব্য যে ফিচারগুলো থাকছে সেগুলো হচ্ছে- ১২.৩ টাচস্ক্রিন ডিসপ্লে, ৩৬০ ডিগ্রি হিঞ্জ আর ৩২ জিবি স্টোরেজ। সঙ্গে স্যামসাংয়ের 'পেন' নাম দেওয়া স্টাইলাস তো আছেই। 

বিভিন্ন ই-কমার্স সাইটে দেওয়া তথ্য অনুযায়ী, ২৪ অক্টোবর বাজারে ছাড়তে যাওয়া এই ডিভাইসের দাম ধরা হবে ৪৯৯ ডলার। তবে দামের এই অংকটা পরিবর্তন করা হতে পারে। বাজারে থাকা এই ক্যাটাগরির ক্রোমবুকগুলোর দাম ১৮০ থেকে ৩০০ ডলার। সে হিসাবে আনুমানিক ধরা এই দামটা কিছুটা বেশিই হতে পারে। 

বাজারে চলা এই গুঞ্জন নিয়ে স্যামসাং কোনো মন্তব্য করবে না বলে জানিয়েছে।

গ্যালক্সি নোট ৭ নিয়ে ভালই ধকল পোহাতে হয়েছে দক্ষিণ কোরীয় এই ইলেকট্রনিক জায়ান্টকে। নতুন এই ল্যাপটপ উন্মোচনে ক্রোমবুক প্রো-কে নিজেদের ফ্ল্যাগশিপ ডিভাইসে পরিণত করতে স্যামসাংয়ের আগ্রহ প্রকাশ পাবে।
